"Location excellent. Minutes walk from the Old Town. Cafes literally on the doorstep. Amazing view from high floor seaview rooms, ours was 601. Basic rooms but clean and modern, kettle and cups available on request. All staff on reception were friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than check in but could leave our luggage and get changed. They phoned as soon as the room was ready. Excellent value for money. However, the lower cost may possibly attract a certain clientele, such as the couple on the floor above our room who didn't seem to realise their swearing and other bad language could be heard by everyone else."
