Exceptional 10.0
Pleasant, modern, central hotel
Second time I’ve stayed here. Perfect location right beside central station. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff are friendly and it’s good value. Nice bar, and plenty space to hang out/work/meet people.

Lovely hotel
Fantastic stay, lovely hotel and very clean. Helpful staff. Near enough next door to Glasgow central and 10 minute walk into city centre.

Very good 8.0
Good city centre choice.
Excellent hotel, right in the centre of Glasgow, new hotel so very chic and modern. Rooms are small but perfectly acceptable. Breakfast selection is good, but lack of seating at busy periods can be frustrating as sitting in the reception / bar area is not brilliant.

Exceptional 10.0
Great stay - I'll be back!
Reception was very busy when I arrived but the staff dealt with guests effectively. The room was very comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, given there were babies in 2 rooms across the way! Nice room - perfectly suitable and big shower.

Very good 8.0
Staff member Jennifer, was a little gem.
Great new hotel with a super central location in the city audit's very nicely schemed in its colours. Clean and modern looking and the staff were fabulous and very friendly. Jennifer, one of the office staff, especially was so nice and so helpful to me in lending me something I had forgotten to bring with me, and that I definitely needed for my business during my stay there in Glasgow. She was a little life saver. Thank you Jennifer!! The only thing I didn't like was after 11 there is a "security guard" on the front door, who stops everyone coming in after that time and asks you to queue, even if you have and show possession of a room key for the hotel, until he speaks to you and questions you on your room number, name, number of guests staying etc.. It felt a bit over the top and like queuing ip for school dinners as a child, but the guard, while officious, was friendly if you were friendly to him, and there are a lot of drunken people or people who have fallen on hard times about Glasgow City centre on any night and especially at weekends, who I'm sure try and salvage any refuge and bar to maybe spend the night or get a drink in, and at the end of the day, the hotel have to protect the safety of their paying guests. Definitely would stay here agin.
