Great Comfortable stay.
It was a great and comfortable stay. It was spacious, clean, organize and calm stay. We were at the very end with our pug,so we had a great time in a private space and quietness. The bed was comfortable and we slept great. The weather was cold, but thankfully there is a heater! If we needed small snacks and necessities, thankfully theres a small market. Sadly, the diners are close, but there are great places nearby for food-like in Felton. The patio was nice, but cold for our trip at moment. The location was good (in the mountain forest and close to the sea in 30mins-perfect)Overall, it was a great and comfortable stay! We'll be back next time again.

Big comfy rooms
The rooms were big and the beds very comfortable. The hotel had live music from 7-10pm. The man checking us in wasn't having any of our friendliness, but the checkin itself went quickly.

Rich in history and natural beauty
The history alone is enought to check this place out. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Very peaceful. The area is so beautiful and refreshing. My only complaint is that the coffee in the room was terrible, and that only mattered because there is no where to walk and buy your own. I can't wait to come back. I was assured that the great hall is under restoration, but that obtaining permits and making it happen is a slow process. I love places that have rich history. Im very glad that after the 2020, fire its open again to experience that history.

8/10 Very good

The diner on the property was very good for breakfast. Unfortunately, it closed at 5 so we didn't get to eat supper there. It is an older hotel but has been kept up with. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. It was a big room with a balcony. They accommodated a late checkout for us.
