I loved both the location and ethics of this hotel. All the environmental touches felt…
Only issue was the coffee supply was skimpy. I know it's being picky but 2 packets(cups)…

Everything about our trip was amazing! Location, food, service, guest services, etc. Will definitely be back!!
It was amazing stay and would stay there again!!!
I wasn't impressed and the cost was definitely not justified. Too spread out and inconvenient.
The vacation started off a little rocky, when checking in we were told by the guy that checked us in if we booked through HiltonHonors vs Hotels.com more could be done to change the room. Once the room finally got fixed to a Gulf view that changed the trip. The property is very nice and the location was in the State Park. Lots of things to do and see plus take the time to relax on the beach. Just listening to the waves and seeing dolphins was great. We will travel to this property again.
Overall it was great however the service in the restaurants was not good or just OK
From the moment we arrived we loved it. From the ocean views, to the pool and game area, to the restaurant. It was just all really nice. Every employee was wearing a mask and sanitation was a top priority. I highly recommend this hotel when staying down in Gulf Shores.
The Lodge, itself, was very nice - clean, friendly staff, plenty of things to do. But the parking lot is entirely too far away. Our room was at the very far end of the "rooms" building. The parking lot is 3 buildings away on the other side of the lodge. Only 3 handicap parking spots for the entire lodge, and those were always full so even though I have a placard I had to park very far away. In addition, for such a big Lodge there should be more beach access spots. There is only 1 (although that may be due to storm damage not yet repaired). Had it not been for those things I would have given a 5 star.
This has been one of the most Pleasant days I've had in a hotel in a long time. The room was very comfortable and spaces. The bed and pillows was awesome love the nice large shower lots of room in the bathroom. Everyone was so nice I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone talk to.
Great hotel very relaxing & accommodating. Loved the scenery & the restaurants on site had excellent food. There’s a swimming pool, games & the beach all so family friendly. Also great restaurants & outlet shopping close by.
