This is my third time staying at the hotel. The location — in historic Sultanahmet — is unbeatable. It is close to several historic sites as well as excellent Turkish restaurants and shopping places, with wonderful street food. The hotel has its own spa that has excellent a Turkish hamam. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. Mr. Yunus at the front desk is wonderful. He messaged me before my trip to ask if I needed transport from the airport and arranged it promptly. The rooms are very clean and the complimentary buffet breakfast is excellent. I most highly recommend the hotel and will be staying there on my next visit.

Located close to the Çemberlitaş tram station, the Golden Royal Hotel has easy access to all the near by historic sites and shopping. The daily breakfast options at the hotel were good! Staff are helpful and super friendly and ready to make arrangements for airport transfers, guides, etc.

I had a wonderful stay at the Golden Royal Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, especially Abdul Rehman, who truly made a difference in our experience. He was always ready to help and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I was a bit concerned at first due to the language barrier, but Abdul Rehman made us feel completely at ease. He suggested both group and guided tours, which turned out to be unforgettable highlights of our trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with great attention to detail. While the room was smaller than expected and had no window. The overall guest experience more than made up for it. Thanks to the exceptional service, especially from Abdul Rehman, our stay was truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and care for guests.
