Spent a night here at the end of a trip arriving on train, departing by plane. It's right by Roma Termini so very convenient. Stayed in a double room, it was clean and comfortable. Check in process was straight forward. The immediate area isn't the nicest being right by the train station but it's still close to a lot of the big sites. Would definitely stay again.

Pro: very close to termini clean , modern comfortable bed. Close to multiple restaurants. Con: there is no reception. Entry instructions came after travel in progress. Fill out all paperwork on line, street entry, area of building entry and room entry require separate procedures in order to access the room.

One night stay . The room is very close to Termini Station… 5 min walk.. The room was clean and the entrance to it is all automated so make sure you have your information to hand. The room was nicely set up and had slippers, water bottles, and a safe. I would stay here again

The building itself was old and did not look very inviting, however it had a very nice modern room inside and everything within their space was clean. Check in was a little complicated, you had to register all your information before arrival as there is no host on site.
