1 Jun 2026The location was easy to find, and the apartment was very clean and organized. The host met us and was very friendly. She walked us through the apartment and explained everything, front door access, keys, check out procedure, the neighborhood, and where to park and not to park. Easy walking distance (20min) to Downtown Montreal, Metro (3min away), and we walked to Jean Parc Drapeau (45 min) for a concert. Perfect all around at a great Price. Will be back there for our next trip.

6 Oct 2025The unit was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner/staff were very accommodating and communicative. My train was delayed and I had no issues coordinating a solution despite arriving after the designated check-in time.
Would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in Montreal!

11 May 2025Stayed here 3 nights and had an amazing time exploring Montreal. Fantastic value for the cost and would definitely stay here again. The place was very clean and host made our check in easy. Bed was pretty comfortable but could have had an extra blanket but the room stayed fairly warm. The only cons were there was no shower soap, and the street parking was a bit of a hassle.

20 May 2025The advert said parking included, however it should have been specifically said street parking available as no dedicated spot was available for the building. The beds were not exactly comfortable, functional yes but lacked comfort. The premise were however very clean, more than one small bin bag per small bin would have been appreciated. The building is next to a bar so noise can be a thing. The proximity to a few restaurants and grocery within very walkable distance is a plus. The shower was large and nice enough. The communication with the host was great, very friendly and as helpful as possible. The building itself felt secure. Overall good experience except the parking situation but that is also a very typical thing for Montreal.

Since rooms are not carpeted, which is a plus, there should be brooms and mops available.
Could have also used an iron.
The loft bed in the first apartment we stayed in was newly renovated. The loft is a little low. The AC refrigerant was leaking so we were moved to a different apartment,

The only unusual thing was the bedroom, which was in the mezzanine, but the ceiling was very low, around 4.5 feet.
The bed was very comfortable though.
