Front desk wasn’t very friendly or helpful. I went to ask if they had a fork because I ordered food and they didn’t include utensils and the lady at the first desk rudely suggested I go buy one from 7 eleven. Though I saw many dishes and utensils that were not being used at the time.

Then got the room, was told from the staff that we need to move room upstairs that the room was we are staying in is given to someone else. It was terrible experience. 員工轉了，新的員工服務態度非常惡劣，我入住一個月多，床褥很硬，睡到腰背痛、還有很多蚊子，外面環境很多我炒的聲音、現在疫情的關係，很多酒店也會減價的，他還不段加我租，而且我本來想住長時間，現在也會搬走，走時也收費多500B泰銖，真的很差的酒店，老闆是香港人，態度也非常差！ 我決定永遠不會再入住V Resorts ，給我一個很差的感覺🙏
