Excellent hotel with a very new, cozy and comfortable room and very sympathetic staff. Amazing Covid-19 protections and procedures to care for the guests.
Close to all the sights of Dresden. Beautiful and very comfortable room. The bathroom was perfect! We had a room on the front of the building across from the park. I was worried we would hear street noise or the light from the hotel sign would keep us awake but they are truly the best blackout curtains and the windows are very insulating. Wonderful service from the team there. We didn't have the breakfast while there but were happy that they had vegan options along with the regular breakfast foods as well as a lunch pack the could make to take with us.
Very organized in regards to COVID impact, hotel has changed its approach in a successful manner. Room is spacious and comfortable; great water pressure in shower; very good breakfast.
Wonderful hotel. A room a little bit small. Nice location. An outside parking costs 3 euro per day.
Close to train station. Room was quiet and clean. Pillows flattened when laid on and I would prefer a firmer pillow. We didn't take breakfast option as the price was quite high.
This is a beautiful hotel and in a good location--one tram stop from the old town center, walking distance to the Zwinger, and two S-bahn stops from the main train station. Skipped the over-priced hotel breakfast for the bakery next door's. Loved my room and its decor. Bed's very comfortable. Nice bar downstairs for guests who want an evening drink. Two minor complaints: the budget, sandpaper-y toilet tissue befits a Motel 6--not a nice property like this. And the front desk staff were a mixed bag--two who I dealt with were really nice, the other two were helpful-ish but aloof. This seemed pretty typical for service in Dresden, but it's also off-putting.
Everything was great. Special thanks to “Alvaro” and “Jessica” at front desk!
The location and hotel condition were great.
Good central location, walking distance to major city center attractions. The room was clean and furniture was new. Dogs are welcome for additional 15 €.
Really nice hotel, nice decor, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Room a little on the small side but didn't mind. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Parking is quite expensive - €15 per day.
