From start to finish it was just great. Incredibly well located next to a U-bahn station and Potsdamer Platz. Just a short walk to Brandenburg Gate/town centre. Clean/spacious/warm! which was very handy in the freezing festive period. Reception staff friendly, very good English language and a shop was an unexpected bonus. Felt safe and secure too.

Perfect base from which to explore all the historical areas around Potsdam Platz and within easy walking distance of public transport links, cafés, supermarket (REWE) and restaurants. The room was very spacious and the patio was an added bonus. Front desk was very helpful with storing our luggage when we arrived early and also the next day while we explored Berlin.
