For the amount of money and amount of guests I found it very upsetting that they got rid of the front desk altogether and now have the snack shop attendee doubling as the check in agent. Literally selling donuts and checking people in at the same time. All to save the salary of one very needed employee.

We stayed 2 nights here thurs/fri night. Booked the best room which is a king suite. Unfortunately the room walls are paper thin and we were next to the most inconsiderate guests possible. They were up to 2am making loud noisy banging on walls, the kids were jumping on beds, running all over the room we couldnt sleep! There is NO attendant after 11pm so your screwed. There are also no phones in room to call front desk. There is only 1 person working until 11. We had a miserable time we will not come back.

We were unable to use the fireplace or the TV in the living room and the volume control on the TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Since there is no “Front Desk”, there was no one to contact. Tons to do in any season!! Ski resort, ropes courses, water park, bikes course etc. Great views. Loved the pools, hot tub, & little sauna barrel outside. Room was nice/clean. Not sure how to feel about having to remember different codes for entry of things but it does eliminate having to carry a card around, or one not working etc. Parking was underground inside which is probably pretty helpful in the winter. Beautiful property.

Everything was great. The studio has everything you need and is very clean. The place is very quiet and safe. The pools are at a perfect temperature, the jacuzzi and sauna are very relaxing. The underground parking is perfect. It has everything you need to have a fun and relaxing day. Ideal for spending time with children. The next day we booked tickets for the Mountaincreek Waterpark which is just a few steps from the property and is beautiful!!!! Definitely recommended.

The property is lovely and the food at the Biergarten was fantastic for bar style food and it was reasonably priced. However, the shower grout had mold and the bathroom sink didn’t drain well. Also, we purchased the unlimited ride ticket for the Alpine coaster but the line was so long and slow (at least 2 hours), that we only got to ride once. And the website said it closes at 6 but when we tried to get on at 5, we got turned away.
