"We arrived late as part of a business trip, the woman at the desk was lovely. We left early, no one was at the desk, we had no clue how to check out and there was an electric gate, which is great for security, but meant we could not leave and wasted about 20 mins looking for a member of staff. Would have been good if someone had mentioned this. The pillows were very flimsy but it was clean and good otherwise. "

"Well, the condition and cleanliness and service were good. You have to ask for everything like iron and hair drier. Asked for bed sheet because I was too hot with comforter and they couldn’t help me."
