"A lovely, quiet family run hotel overlooking the city of Amasra. Everyone and especially thestaff at reception, are kind and accomodative. They were kind enough to let us know there was no lift, so asked if we would prefer a lower floor and helped us with our luggage as well.

When we called the hotel number, the person at the other side gave a meagre apology and offered no explanation or help. The hotel is located in a place where there is no taxi or public transport nearby, so we had to drag out luggage more than a kilometre to get to another hotel.
