We booked an apartment for 2 nights. Valentina is lovely and the area has a beautiful vista. The apartment was quite austere, not very comfortable but spotlessly clean. The bed was quite uncomfortable and hard. It was not my choice to have a ground floor apartment and I was hoping for a room with a view. A truly inspiring gem that we are so thankful that we found. Rarely does an accommodation exceed expectations by unlimited amounts, this certainly did. The staff, or friends as we now refer to them were amazing. Everything had to be just right and if it wasn’t they made sure it was. Beautiful setting once there. You have to go to a large gate and ring to let you in and then easy to park securely . The wine made there is really excellent and fairly priced.
