"A lovely stay as usual. Had help getting my case to the room due to the lift not working, this was invaluable, i would have never managed on my own. Bed was comfortable, room was immaculate. Slight damp smell from the bathroom but other than that all perfect."

It was lucky that I checked my account. Hopefully I will recieve this money asap. So even though our stay was great I was really disappointed overall. "
