"We stayed for 8 nights.. check-in process was easy, i even received a call from reception asking if they could deliver a welcome drink to the room. Because the hotel was fully booked on the first 2 nights i checked in, i was given a “connecting room”. i could completely hear the other guests’ conversations through the connecting door which didn’t allow me to have any sleep since they were making so much noise at 4am. When i told the receptionist she apologised and asked me if she could get back to me after 1pm for the room change. Once my room was changed everything was smooth sailing from there, room was always clean whenever we came back from going out and staff were always smiling and happy to assist. We really enjoyed our stay."
