From the free lavish breakfast to the fast and efficient transport service to and from the airport, everything is guided. Theres always people to help carry and shuffle you from point to point allowing you to fully relax. The hotel staff is also very accommodating and friendly. A fantastic experience. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, room cleaning staff were excellent. Would highly recommend this place, our stay was perfect. "

"the staff were amazing!! from the moment we stepped onto the property, the staff was there to help and cater to our needs. they were also very kind and friendly. we had a pucnic dinner onnone of the nights- we got to see the perfect sunset. the pools are well kept clean. breakfast was great with alot if choices. i asked if they made champorrado- and they made it for me ! i would stay here again.
