Junior suite was a superb choice for us, they are in a separate block opposite the main hotel block, each has its own garage with door to the suite, steps down to comfortable living area (TV, sofa etc) up to bedroom and en suite. Excellent wifi in the room, superb grounds, a really lovely place to stay. Shuttle bus does not run on Sunday, but hotel organised a taxi quickly, cost under 10 Euro to the cathedral. Having lived in Santiago many years ago, I wasn't sure where to book as its all changed!! Was not disappointed with hotel in any way, a 10 min stroll from the old town, clean, modern, and if you have the breakfast included that's another added bonus as its lovely!! Staff very friendly, all English speaking for those of you that can't speak Spanish!! Pool wasn't open ( we did go October!) think law says they shut at beginning of sept, but we didn't want it, was loads to see and do in area!!...

Great place just 15 mins outside Santiago de Compostela. Lovely old farmhouse beautifully converted into five en suite guest rooms. The main reception / shared lounge is a beautiful room. Host Susana helpful and pleasant. The place is a common resting point for people walking the Camino de Santiago… so we had a great evening sat in the garden sharing a supermarket bottle of wine with some “pilgrims”. .
