"This was a spacious, clean, comfortable room with a lovely view of the beach. The grab & go breakfast was basic, but appreciated. We like that the hotel is dog-friendly. Highly recommend the end rooms, which have an extra window view. The price of the room was much higher than previously, so we will be looking for a more affordable hotel for our next visit. I had hoped there would be discounts in the off season."

"Very nice little rooms for the price! I found my regular motel for when I'm in Newport! It's very conveniently located directly across the street from my class which helps. They have your typical full selection of cable TV channels, good Internet, I have no complaints about the cleanliness, and the staff is super friendly. Late check-ins are doable, you just have to call their front desk and they come right out. Overall very pleased, Will be back!"
