"The original room turned out not to have a view so we asked for a change which meant adding a small bed, as all 3 of the seaview rooms just had double beds. NP And then, when the heating unit control stopped working, we moved to another room. This room was originally set up for twin beds BUT only had a double. Too bad for us. "It is a cute small hotel about 15-minute walk to Side’s city center along the sea-side promenade. The grounds are beautiful and very well-kept. "We had a good stay here but it could be much better with some simple adjustments. The lights above the bed and the balcony light had no bulbs, the light by the entrance didn’t work. So we just had one small light for the whole room. A kettle and some coffee sachets were provided - but no cups!!! Very odd. The balcony door had a broken handle and the door was loose which meant it wasn’t soundproof. The bathroom door needed slamming to shut it. There was also no housekeeping so no toilet paper...

"We were very pleased to have booked this hotel, we wanted to actuslly rest and thats exactly what we got! All the buildings have at most just a ground and 1st floor so when you look up you see the blue skies, no loud music by the pool, no rush of people anywhere like most 5* resorts with bigger room numbers that we have previously stayed in. And most impresively all the staff from the waiters to the gardeners, room keeping to kids club everyone is very polite and helpful again unlike other 5*...
