The location is excellent, and the property itself is beautiful — modern, clean, and well-maintained. What really defined my stay, however, was the exceptional service and the genuine level of guest care from the entire team. They truly go above and beyond. The only reason I’ve given 4 instead of 5 stars is because my room was on the ground floor, and the noise level was quite high throughout the day and night. I was informed about this at check-in but didn’t realize it would be that constant. That said, the outstanding service more than made up for it, and overall it was a wonderful experience.

Very quiet resort but a great one! The staff were extremely friendly and took note to remember your name. The breakfast buffet was nice too, solid coffee as well. Very clean hotel and the only 'flaw' would be that it's too quiet haha. Other than that, no complaints and I would definitely stay there again recommend it to others.

Loved everything about our stay. The only room for improvement was breakfast, no pastries available, nuts or dried fruits. Needs a Good Bircher available every day. The jams were awful, sickly sweet but they did have Vegemite. Slanted towards Asian tastes, great coffee though.

Amazing location, service and extras

Amazing place! Free yoga twice a day (8am and 4pm) with the fabulous instructor, Manda. Breakfasts had great variety, coffee, and pastries. Pool was clean and enjoyable. We didn’t have a lagoon room that opens directly onto the pool, which was fine (although if you can afford those rooms, they look great). The staff and service was impeccable. Only suggestion for improvement would be to improve the eco-friendly aspects, like refillable drinking water options, less packaging on bathroom products, etc.

A superb hotel

Our second time staying in Kanvaz. This time I brought my family and there love it. Bedroom is of decent size. Bed and pillows are comfy. Water temperature and power are good. A slight problem with AC, the temperature is not consistent sometimes too cold or too hot during our sleep in all the rooms. I have already feedback to the staff. My family loves the breakfast spreads with an awesome infinity pool view. There’re many restaurants nearby, we were spoiled for choice. Lastly, I would like to praise the reception staff whom I didn’t manage to get her name. She was on duty on 21/5/2024 around 8pm. I was craving for pizza and I couldn’t get any nearby….. I went up to her and she confirmed that there’s no pizza restaurant nearby. She told me, I could order online and helped me ordered. We were all very happy to enjoy a pizza night thanks to her.

Exceptional Stay

It was a wonderful stay, I can only say the best about the hotel and its staff, who were extremely welcoming through my stay. The yoga session in the morning was a great start to my day, followed by the exceptional breakfast. Hopefully will be back next year!

My cousin with his family plus myself and 10 year old daughter stayed in this hotel with adjoining rooms. Breakfast buffet had a good tasty mix of western and Indonesian dishes. Firm mattress, nice quality toiletries and many tv channels. One day, my cousin, my daughter and I did Manda's yoga class in the morning inside a nice airconditioned room (hotel's rooftop area). She was good and even corrected our yoga poses. The next day, only my daughter and I took Manda's yoga class and another good and invigorating session followed. The pool was just the right size to do lengths, not too crowded and gave immense pool time pleasure for my daughter and her 2 cousins(brother and sister)Seminyak area has lots of shops, restaurants, cafes etc so if you do not want to eat in the hotel, you can just walk around and let your nose or belly guide you! If you have a chance, try Rustica Cucina Italiana, Jl Batu Belig No.1 kerobokan for homemade pasta. The owner Luigina came out greeting patrons and she is such a lovely host albeit not knowing how to speak Bahasa but her staff are so accomodating(they made an alfredo pasta and shrimp dish for my picky 10 year old daughter)Another worthy restaurant around this hotel, is Papa Lee's Teppanyaki, Jl Petitenget no 100 Kerobokan kelod, the chef will cook your meal in front of you serving such dishes of Chinese origins with wonton noodle soups, dumplings, shia long bao-buns filled with meat, etc....you will not be disappointed.
