The hotel was pretty clean and comfortable. However, there were definitely some issues we encountered while staying there.
1) The airport shuttle only runs once every hour, not every half hour, after 9am. Therefore, we arrived on a freezing cold night and had to wait over 40 minutes for the shuttle outside, while other hotel shuttles came around twice during that same period of time.
2) We stayed three nights and our room was not cleaned or serviced at all. We had to ask for refills of coffee, water, and take out our own trash.
3) There were some other issues with the room as well- the water temperature in the shower was very inconsistent, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. The heater also didn’t work properly.
