Everything about our stay was perfect. Extremely clean room and bathroom. We faced the inside of the building so there was NO street noise The staff was great, check in & out a breeze. Absolutely love the central location and was thrilled by the availability post-Christmas. A block from Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick's, Bedding is extremely comfortable, staff were very accommodating, restaurant food was good (love the apple-filled French toast!)

Good overall
Location was good-walkable proximity to major attractions including TSQ, 5th Ave, Rockefeller Ctr and Central Park. All staff encountered were friendly. The restaurant food was a decent option to avoid crowds elsewhere-server seemed a bit overwhelmed as he was basically manning the entire full restaurant on his own. Valet parking was not an option for us as we were leaving on NYE and garage used by hotel was to be closed for the holiday; doorman recommended an acceptable, close parking alternative that saved us $30/day, but still stressful to arrive by car to that news! Our room (301) was small but clean. Absolutely horrendous view of a roof, blue tarp and brick walls. If we cranked our necks and went right up against the window, we could see the color of the sky! Overall a good experience but definitely could have been better for the price. Our bad for picking such a crazy busy time to visit the city!

Location!
The location cannot be beat! Walkable to Central Park, Grand Central Station, Rockefeller Plaza, Times Square and Broadway. Our room was spacious and clean and had great room service--the coffee was excellent and hot. Would absolutely stay here again!
