Amazing stay, very clean
We had a small group traveling together to visit NY and we were very happy with our stay here. The rooms were modern, comfortable, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good. The location is perfect to get to multiple areas easily and conveniently located near lots of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

1st night was horrible becuase paid without the deposit and asked if i could pay the next morning. Refused . Rebooked for another reservation and that went smoother than yesterday and price was way more resonable. First room was horrible, cold, water pressue was poor and Luke warm water and poor pull out mattress . Was moved to another room which was 100 percent better and comfortable for a family of 5 or 6 .

The darkest room. So strange
It was fine, but the room was very dark. I had every light on and the shades open, and still it was so dark. I had a hard time seeing when getting ready in teh mirror. They were out of hand and bar soap. The shower door was off its track also. The staff were very nice though.
