One of the best
I grew up in Leeds, and at the time, 70 or so years ago, The Queens was regarded as the tops. I feared that my childhood memories might be disappointed, but not so. My wife and I found it to be one of the best hotels in our long experience. Service was superb, the overall ambience excellent and the food in the restaurant faultless.

Booked as a last minute deal - our stay was less expensive than the big hotel chains as we only needed 1 night , what a lovely surprise - the hotel is beautiful with the art deco style throughout- the bar and cocktails awesome and the service was brilliant. Our room didn’t have a great view but did not matter at all - it was clean , comfy bed , warm and well stocked with little art deco features to remind is of the history . Everything worked as it should and the bathroom was lovely . Can’t fault our stay at all and we will definitely stay here again … and again . Brilliant that it can be accessed from the station aswell as we arrived quite late so no hassle trying to find the hotel late at night . Thanks

Brilliant NYE stay
We stayed for NYE in a room with a view over City Square. The hotel is fabulous since the refurb. The lobby and bar areas give a feeling of real luxury. We were on 5th floor and lifts were fast and readily available. Bar service excellent and prices reasonable.
Our room was great with a lovely view into the city. Very comfy bed and warm. Lots of bars and restaurants close by.
We would definitely stay again.

Leeds Centre
What a great hotel. Right in the square attached to the railway station. Walked out of the door and straight into the Christmas Market.
Definitely a great place to stay and the breakfast staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble.

Staff don’t care
Hotel is gorgeous, but we stayed in room 802
The old bathroom windows didn’t close and the bathroom was Baltic. Reported it to reception and was told someone would look at it. We got back to the hotel after going shopping. Guess what, nothing had been done. We then left to go home as the room was unacceptable. Stayed 1 night bit paid for two.
We deserve a refund.
