Rug in the elevator smelled. Rug in the halls leading to room smelled of must. Rugs in room smelled the same just not as bad. Towels were stained. Rug in room had stuff spilled and not cleaned. Arrived at 8pm , waited around 10 minutes for someone to go to front desk to assist.
