Very close to Nana right off the sukhumvit road. Hotel is located in the Arab area so has lots of Arab and Indian restaurants and tourist. Rooms on the front and side are noisy from the road and BTS and that will keep you awake through the night. When they relax the bar opening time to 4am the road will be even noisier.
Staff very friendly and helpful just a shame about the hotel.

Hotelli on siisti ja henkilökunta oli ystävällinen. Majoituimme 17krs ja sinne ei kuulunut kadun metelit. Aamupala oli ihan hyvä. Ainut miinus oli että jokin huoneessa teki kurkun kipeäksi meillä molemmilla vaikka emme pitäneet ilmastointia kylmällä ja kun lähdimme kaupungille niin kurkkukipu helpotti

We had issues the moment we arrived. They we switch 3 rooms in 2 days. One night with no AC they brought us a fan it was 27c in the room all night. They put us in another room and we woke up to an exploded toilet with disgusting things on the floor. (Not frm us btw) the staff was very apologetic but honestly the facility is a 2 star to 2.5 star max. Location was good tho walking distances to a lot of places.

Toll funktionierendes Hotel in toller Lage
Auch wenn das Hotel nicht zur neuesten Generation gehört, überzeugt es durch seine funktionierende Infrastruktur und reibungslose Abläufe. Der Guest-Relation-Service ist sehr engagiert und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch die Küche überzeugt mit einer gelungenen Vielfalt an internationalen, arabischen und asiatischen Gerichten.

The room was good (recently renovated) but the lobby area and the area in general is a bit shabby - I wouldn't complain if I had to stay here again, but I would probably prefer to stay in a different area of BKK

Buildings need update.
Hotel needs an update. We had two rooms, one in the old building and the other in the newer building.
The old building: We were able to lock the door but the deadbolt was not align so we could not locked that. We stayed 4 nights, one the elevator didn't work for two nights.
The newer building: The security door chain was missing the chain.

Over all good stay and restaurant was good choice of breakfast. Front desk staff was ok, not that accommodate. They put making money as priority then guest service. I will not stay there again. It also shouldn’t be 5 star rating, I travel a lot and put that one in 3.5 star. Anything over 3.5 would be over rating.

Dårlig oplevelse
Vi havde bestilt et luxus værelse med teresse i 3 dage. Det var en stor skuffelse. Der var ingen møbler på værelset. Det måtte vi bede om. Møbler kom efter 2 timer. Og teressen var på ingen måde rengjort. Først morgen lugtede der af kloak på værelse. Toilettet var stoppet og der lå afførings vand på værelset. Vi fik et nyt værelse efter 4 timer. Teressen her var heller ikke rengjort. En meget dårlig oplevelse. Bestemt ikke 4500 DK værd

Lack of professionalism among front desk staff
At the time of checking out at the hotel, the person who was at the Front Desk took a long time doing it without knowing how to deduct the charges made to the room from the deposit made at the time of checking in.

Outstanding value and location
Wonderful reception and facilities. The staff and security were outstanding. The elevators were a bit confusing dependin on where you needed to get and could be labled as such. I will return 100%
