Im disappointed that i paid for valet service but by the time we got back to the hotel i had to self park and valet was closed. I spoke with the front desk about it and the lady refused to change the fee to self park and they still charge me for valet

Our stay was amazing, our luggage was delayed by the and the staff were tremendous. They informed all of their staff to keep an eye on our situation and as soon as the luggage was delivered by the airline the staff delivered it to the room (9pm) Our stay could not have been better supported. Poorly trained staff and terrible experience
Over 40 minutes to check in because front desk clerk didn't know what he was doing. He kept providing excuses when he didn't know what to do. Room wasn't cleaned on second day and our keys were deactivated. Morning buffet was $68 for 2! Twenty dollars per person, $4 for coffee, $4 for milk, $4 for O.J. $11 mandatory service charge and tax. What breakfast buffet doesn't include coffee milk and juice?

This property was a cool vibe but not a great value. There a lot of choices in Orlando so I feel like for the cost, they could do better. Our room had tiny ants, which I thought annoying for the price I paid. The resort fees and self parking fee was over priced .
