First let me say that the property is super clean and the staff is impeccable when it comes to queen and standards. Every single staff member you see greet you always ask how is everything or do you need anything? The boss staff is also wonderful Even if you were sitting away from the bar they ask if you need anything. We booked the swim out that came with exclusive privileges, which is good and also a little bit overwhelming what I mean by that is you get a lot of attention even though you came to relax, Process was to me a little bit long because you go from your taxi to The lobby, where you wait to be taken, which you think is your room but they take you to a premium suite there you have somebody try to sell you other vacation packages when you just got there and didn’t even start your vacation yet so that was a bit of a downfall for me 25 minutes talking you to try to set up something for the next day on your vacation. I think that was the only downfall besides going to the beach where they are locals who are very pushy and try to scam you out of your money.

Every single staff member I encountered, and I encountered alot, was pleasant, happy to help, genuinely excited to enhance my experience. This property has wonderful amenities/activities for all ages, various restaurants/bars, many pools to choose from and beautiful beach. Nightly shows were very interactive and fun. Everything was very clean and food options were great. I look forward to returning!

This resort is wonderful!! I definitely recommend. They have tons of activities for kids, teenagers and adults. There are several pools and bars all over the resort so everything is convenient and accessible. They have water slides and parks for kids and adults. Several dining options and the food was amazing! I recommend the Habachi experience food was excellent. The world cafe was good as well and el patio! Also I would love to recognize coco cafe which is open 24 hours and traveling with a 2 year old that made my stay easy.the beach is clean and beautiful as well. There are lots of excursions that you can do and transportation is provided which makes leaving the resort a breeze. My Room was very clean and spacious and my view from my balcony was amazing! Housekeeping comes by everyday restocking your fridge and toiletries. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. If you go you must meet Tairi and victor love you guys !!! from the entertainment department they are so vibrant and their energy is electrifying. Talking to them was very enjoyable made me feel like I was at home.I enjoyed playing activities with them they always kept me up to date on what events were happening each day at the resort! I also enjoyed watching the nightly shows that they had like Latin night ! silent disco, karaoke. I spent my birthday there and they made me feel so special decorating my door sending me champagne and getting me a cake. They sang me happy birthday on stage I felt so special.

The resort was beautiful, great food and amazing service. The only thing we didn’t like was the staff trying to get us to attend a “meeting” about Hyatt rewards, every time we saw them.

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the attention to detail was incredible. The room was luxurious, with breathtaking views, and immaculately clean. The VIP perks were the cherry on top of an already fabulous experience. I had exclusive access to the VIP lounge, where the complimentary snacks and drinks were a fantastic touch. A personal butler, access to golf carts with a driver in the event I did not feel like walking, a swim up room that was definitely a highlight when the resort pools were closed early. The priority reservations for restaurants and activities made my stay even more convenient and stress-free. The spa was amazing and definitely a must try. The resort itself was stunning—beautiful pools, pristine beaches, and exceptional dining options. Every meal was a culinary delight, and the service was top-notch throughout. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, and their hospitality truly made me feel like royalty. I can’t recommend this resort enough! If you’re looking for a luxurious getaway with outstanding VIP treatment, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be coming back for another unforgettable stay!
