The best part of this hotel is the staff members they are always very attentive and smiling, but rooms are totally different story the very first room was on 3rd floor facing to Main Street, the sliding window can’t be locked and you can hear the party all night long, we requested to move to different room and the second room the ac wasn’t working at all, no tv remote control and pedestal fan had the cord matched at middle point which is safety hazard. PD the weather was perfect so we didn’t miss the ac but I wonder what could happen on the hottest days

Perfect location. But the first the first room was not in good condition. The room I reserved said that it has AC but it did not work. However, they were nice and very polite,they gave me a different room. For me that was the most important, they cared about my complaint and it was fixed.

Hotel en la 70 en Medellín
La relación calidad precio es justa, me gustó el servicio de parqueadero. Se preocupan por el cumplimiento de las leyes contra la explotación infantil, porque estaba acompañado de una menor de edad que no era mi hija y exigieron documentos y explicaciones de esta situación. El lavamanos estaba partido y remendado, no había toallas y tampoco aire acondicionado, siendo que estas cosas hacían parte del anuncio, no exigí nada porque solo estuve una noche y me retiré temprano en la mañana siguiente
