Could use some curiosity
For the most part it’s nice here however the workers that clean the rooms are very loud and have some curiosity early mornings. It’s hard enough getting rest when couples have their domestic issues and cops are called now we gotta deal with loud argumentative workers early morning.

Harassment
I was once again harassed by trucency woman!!!! She abruptly had officers knocking at my door where i was ask to leave !!!! She been harassing for the last week or so...yea i stay there been there never!!! Late on my room payment ...ironically im supposed to be moving in my apartment with my mom i been literally packed up since this passed Wednesday nit due to paperwork not yet received im continually paying rent herr.... does the trucency lady stay on the grounds and work there? Her actions towards me needs to investigated!!!! She cause me total embarrassment emotionally mentally and physically!!! Investigation is warrant

Horrible
This was the worst stay I have ever experienced. Considering that I had to take a lyft is the only reason I stayed. the room was dirty it had roaches. I booked a two bed and nobody called to tell me i got there and then found out it was only one bed then they tired to charge me a 100 deposit.again the only reason I stayed is because I took a lyft but if I had drove I would have gotten my money back and left

Room had no towels, wasn’t clean, ac didn’t work took 4 days to get a replacement on a week long stay. Front desk was rude and not friendly. No consideration for guest when it came to making repairs. I did not have a pleasant stay at all.

This property was filthy , upon check in I couldn’t because it was supposedly being cleaned, upon late check in , I was told if there was any issues I had to wait til morning, not only was the room dirty , it was bugs , on the walls , floors , and bed. Alive and dead, bathroom disgusting, and the sinks in the bathroom and mini kitchen was horrible. Not enough words !

This property is a scam. I will NEVER trust anything Red Roof again. This gives them a bad name. I am NOT happy. We left and ended up staying at a Hampton Inn. I am NOT pleased with Expedia or Red Roof. I will NOT be recommending either of them to anyone. On the contrary, I will warn them of this scam!

I booked two studios and one did not have a microwave and the other did not have a door on the bathroom the stove top dod not work and the air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. We had to use all of our towels to soak up the water. Mind you we have been there for going on 3 weeks and nothing has been fixed yet. The young lady that help you after hours has been very helpful and apologetic. I've spent $2,100 since I've been staying there and cant cook and cant use the restroom privately and waking up to large puddles of water. No one has offer any type of compensation for all of the issues that have occurred. Not only that but our studios we're not clean when we arrived and there are roaches inside of the bathroom.
