Don’t get a Junior Suite!
Junior suite is outdated with a disappointing shower for short people (showers in the regular rooms are way better!). Housekeeping staff are incompetent - went for an hour walk in the morning, returned to my room not cleaned, get a knock at the door and told to come back in an hour, return and my room is still not clean at which point I have a work call in 20mins so I just have to accept a dirty room. Reception staff are quite good though.

Very luxurious hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was quite noisy until the early hours of the morning, our window was open though to keep the temperature down, the room was very hot.

Terrible sleep
The hotel itself was nice and the staff friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was nice too with a fair range of options. But I had one of the worst sleeps I've ever had at a hotel here. All night long you can hear very clearly the music from bars/clubs etc, and drunk guests coming back at 3-4am continously screaming in the hallway. Maybe I should've made a complaint at the time but I was trying to get what little sleep I could. I understand you can't help music from clubs but the thin windows made the room freezing too. Felt like a rip off for the price.

Overall a great stay, checkin, room and staff all great. The only negative was the stairs! My husband is not a fan of a lift so he uses the stairs. They were not very well signposted so it was a mystery tour for him
