One palm tree villas is the only place that I stay each time I visit the Philippines. It’s a beautiful area. It’s convenient for shopping transportation and of course to the main airport in Manila love the Philippines.

Check-in Problems: Requested early check-in at 10:15 AM but waited 4 hours in lobby with no communication. Staff failed to inform us our reservation was moved to another building. Traveling with elderly mother, daughter, and 6 bags made this especially difficult.
Room Issues: Upon arrival at new building, room still wasn't ready (another 30-minute wait). Room had broken shade, extremely thin sheets, and only 1 towel for 3 guests.
Overall: Terrible communication, inadequate amenities, and poor preparation made this stay unnecessarily stressful for our family. Would not recommend due to lack of basic service standards.

Great value for the money. Right across NAIA terminal 3 and about a 15 min grab ride to Terminal 1. Restaurants and Stores around the property and 10 min walk to Resorts World.

Decent place nice pool and convenient to safe area to shop and eat rooms need work I have stayed four times once sheets didn’t fit once no hot water once gave me wrong room with no competition for any sort of like it or lump it attitude

The location from the airport is perfect, the room that we were in was just ok, if we were spening our entire trip in manila i would have changed room/hotel. When getting in contact with someone at the hotel you need to call the number dont message because it dont work.the beds were so hard and had plastic that was cracked, no extra blankets just 1 sheet, only 1 roll of toilet paper(that was already started) when i asked for another roll at front desk i was told to contack the property, the pool was down(it wasnt stated on the site).the room had roaches around and in the fridges, i was given 2 keys but only 1 worked, cupboards were off, when we come back to the Philippines we will not be staying at this hotel again.

I loved the area very much and I have stayed here before but now the maintenance on the rooms is nonexistent roaches running the show in one of our rooms no hot water in either room dirty from previous days cobwebs, hair, stains . They messed up reservation putting our party in different locations. Not what I would expect for a return guest treatment

The free parking is deceiving hence you will pay separately to the handler, checking in is sooo inconvenience as you have to wait for the handler to give you the key. You will also park not on the same building but on the other building (villa 1).
