Everything was ok until we came out of the room and smellled in the hallway of cigarette I was wondering if it was not a non smoking place cause that is what i asked for and in the morning for coffee there was things missing and the person that was there to stock up the things she was more interested on her phone until we went to tell her and also we found a roach in restroom of our room

Just enough for the price.
This was an emergency one-night stay. Once a got to the hotel there was a "deposit" that is not mentioned on the app neither on the property's website. That was a red flag. The room was clean. Still, some things just look old and in need of a refresh.

There was a rust stain in the tub and a ring. One towel had stains. There was also a roach in the bedroom area. My grandson chose to sleep on top of the bed cover in his clothes.

Would not recommend
Boiler was down, no hot water. No management on site to speak to. Management told the staff they would only offer $10.00 discount each night for no hot water. Lobby doors stayed open and the lobby was freezing. Hole in ceiling of lobby. Chairs wrapped up with caution tape. Other guests had complained of cockroaches in their bathroom on the vanity. I was left a voicemail that I only got once my plane landed and turned off airplane mode. Morgan Wallen concert is his weekend so limited availability at all other hotels. I was told by staff I would get full refund if I canceled and have yet to receive cancellation confirmation. We ended up having to pay $700 for one night at a hotel with hot water.

Stay away from this place. Hotel.com shouldn’t even have this as an option. There are motel 6 options better than this place. Management has turned this place into a nasty place not fit to be a hotel.

Ok for a night
The room was old but nice and large and clean. Everything else was old and dirty. The carpets in halls are disgusting and needs painted. Lots of updating needed. The bed was comfortable and room clean with nice amenities. Breakfast was decent too
