Super dirty
This is a really terrible hotel. It's absolutely filthy. And I'm not super picky about that stuff but this place is definitely gross. Front desk was excellent though, can't fault the service at all. But even as a solo male traveler just looking for a place to crash, I was super unhappy about the condition of this place. Needs a thorough cleaning.

A little older hotel but decent enough for the expense.
Everything in the room worked (even the A/C) which is more than I can say for a Hampton stay at the beginning of the week.
The cleaning staff did a decent job with what they have to work with.
All in all as a business traveler I would stay here again.

This was by far the most horrible hotel I’ve ever been to! Beyond filthy, dusty and smelly! Stains all over the carpets and walls, doors hanging off the hinges, mold & mildew splatters, and the smell of cigarette spoke all throughout the parking lot. Jan at the front desk was nice, when I asked for a refund because we refused to stay there and showed her images of why, she did not hesitate to process the refund immediately. This hotel looks NOTHING, I mean NOTHING like what is being advertised!! There was no possible way I could ever stay there and feel comfortable.

Older property. You can see the hotel is owned by family. The facilty is rough around the edges. But very clean and neat. The bed was super comfortable. In every hotel I check mattress corners for signs of bed bugs. But I was plesantly surprised that the mattress was encased in a zippered protection :-). The breakfast area was very clean , not even crumb! We ate at 8, it opened at 6. The waffle was the best ive ever had.

The reservation was for room with 2 queen beds. What we ended up with was a room with a king and an uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. The linens were stained and had holes. Breakfast was not well stocked at 830am.

The breakfast was always late or never set up on time and some of the staff was just antisocial! Hallway was dirty and they take your towels and never replenish them with new ones.

Worst stay ever
Absolutely no noise-proofing whatsoever - so noisy I will never stay here again. Doors do not have any sort of quiet/slow closing method thus constant loud slamming of doors. The staff made no effort to control the heard of yelling children running up and down the hall.

Appears to have been remodeled but the workmanship is lackluster at best. Doors do not close well, shower slider missing handle rod. Plumbing fixtures loose. Bedding was comfortable, No laundry bag left in room and no coffee pods with coffee maker. Still not sure how the shower gel dispenser function. This is a get what you pay for!
