Said they had a swimming pool never mentioned it was closed ! Staff so rude. Breakfast was awful. Cleaners walked in to our room about 10am. It was just an awful experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Nice hotel in a great location for our journey.. On the edge of a small village with a reasonable selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Overall the hotel was very good, it could do with a lick of paint here and there but the reception and bar areas were very good. Overall we would recommend.

Convenient room with not much to mention on the up or downside. Bed OK, mattress could be better though. Convenient location for Hervas, with center of town at walking distance, and surroundings. We arrived fairly late, whilst service ok when we came down to eat we were shown only the bar and bar food which was a shame as the restaurant looked inviting. We also missed out on the spa which was a shame.

Experiencia para no repetir, el uso del spa te lo cobran aparte, vamos tres personas declaradas y si quieres tres camas te cobran una adicional, te ponen toallas para dos personas y encima me dan una habitación para minusválidos con un inodoro adaptado a dicho personal cuya altura y forma no es cómodo para personas sin minusvalía y me dicen que no pueden cambiar la habitación porque no hay disponibilidad, siendo totalmente incierto, pues se me cae una toalla al balcón de la habitación de abajo y la recepcionista tubo que abrir la habitación porque no estaba ocupada. No recomiendo este hotel,pues lo único que miran es lo económico sin preocuparse de sus clientes.
