Desk personnel were very friendly.

I booked this hotel as its just off the autobahn, its genuinely only accessible by car, located in a sleepy small village (only a gas station), has a very large car park yet they charge an unadvertised EUR5 per night for parking. It spoiled an otherwise nice hotel.
