Hotel Zentis was incredible. This location was super clean, very friendly staff, and the guest amenities (Room 101) was really nice. Laundry service was awesome and overall felt very welcome here. Walking distance to both the M and Y lines in Osaka. Also a few blocks from Osaka/Umeda station for JR lines and shinkansen. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. My wife and I really loved our stay here. The best hotel we have been at within our 2.5+ week tour across Japan.

Had a great 3 night stay here. Room was modern, clean , quiet and very comfortable. Appreciated the use of a washing machine/drier after traveling. Great location about 10 minutes flat walk from Osaka station. Plenty of eating options close by. Complimentary tea/coffe was a nice touch. Lovely staff topped of a perfect stay.

This was probably the single best hotel experience I've ever had. Staff - fantastic! Room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, as was dinner ant the on-site cafe. Also available (but I did not use) work out room and laundry facilities. The only thing that was even remotely negative was a bit odd. Somehow, any sounds from the bathroom get amplified considerably. But given how absolutely awesome everything else was, it was overshadowed.
