I stay here every time I come to Seattle because of the staff, cleanliness, safety, and walkable to the Link transit center, Pikes Place, and multiple resturants to eat around the area. Excellent stay, just wish it had a resturant inside the hotel, but it does have a bar, which has exceptional drinks!

We enjoyes our staying at Grand Hyatt, the Service is great, location is key since you can go in walking distance everywhere. The bed was also enjoyable. Only the view would have been better in higher floor, since 10th has an external section for AC output and it is an obstacle for city view.
