A non-smoking room that smelled like cigarettes.
They gave us a non smoking room and the room smelled intensely of cigarettes. We opened windows immediately to get smell out. We did not sleep comfortably due to this smell.

in town for Halloween party. the property itself is great but we were not prepared for the neighborhood. when the desk clerk found out we were from the Bay Area he said that area had "Tenderloin vibes" and boy was he right. still made the best of it and enjoyed the stay

Great Hotel!
We loved our stay! The hotel room was big, clean and provided us with everything we needed including a full kitchen. Neighborhood is rough but you can’t escape that in DTLA. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was in a great location in DTLA. The room itself was clean and whilst some parts did need a clean (cutlery and where wiring was exposed) and ice, the reception staff did their best to accommodate as needed. Locationwise, it’s half an hour to an hour drive to Santa Monica, Disneyland and other attractions but local buses can take you there. Don’t be put off by what some say about the location as it was very safe, secure and friendly. Would stay again.

The accmidations were adequate forcthe six of us. As a matter fact it was perfect. The only negatives would be the stairs were a bit narrow and no place to sit in the upstairs and lower level bedrooms. I Would definitely stay here again. The decor was a little different but the place was clean and spacious
