Cheap, but no way to avoid smoke smell
Stop during our route 66 road trip. Okay stay, friendly staff. Room was spacious but no microwave on property to warm up our son bottle. You have to pass through the casino floor to get to the room, so you will be smelling cigarettes afterwards no matter what. Good option of restaurants but nothing healthy.

There was only 4 towels n 2 wash cloths. No towel shower mat. The bed was dipped in the middle and the pillows were flat. The heater was excellent. The restrooms were not cleaned.

I had staff Christmas dinner and decided we’d make a family get away , spend quality time with our oldest Granddaughter . We were disappointed that the hot tub was not on - our granddaughter enjoys swimming and use of hot tub . No smokers accommodations were offered, except at entrance of casino which made me uncomfortable #1 everyone going and coming could see I was alone #2 I felt staff and other looked at me like I was second class and or associated me with “ Night “ visitors whom seemed to be very drunk or high and acting strange . As I did hear staff Laughlin and talking about customers coming in and leaving which I thought was in VERY POOR TASTE . Housekeeping staff was wonderful as well as Feather cafe meal and staff .

The rooms were large and clean. No coffee maker and we never saw maid service for the three days we were there. Had to go find someone to get more shampoo. Their restaurant was closed,so we had to go into Bullhead city to get something to eat.

Luxury does not always mean Luxury….
We rented a luxury room…. Yeah right. We could not find one ice machine that worked in the entire place. We were told to go to the convenience (not close) or to buy some at the gift shop. Also the people in the Buffett and most on the floor workers were very kind. Panda Express was still open for 30+ minutes but there refused to make my husband any food. We signed up for players cards my friend if we got $5 players cash he said “no sorry the desert is dry”. The pool was cool although we did not swim.

Too much noise
We chose a ground floor room because it was convenient. There were people talking loudly for 3 hours starting at 330am outside our window in the walkway I am guessing near the cigarrette smoking area.
