Clean hotel with poor customer service.
Our family, which includes a 1 year old, got up at 3am to make a flight to Orlando. We arrived at the hotel around 11am hoping to be able to check in early to take a nap. We did realize this may not be possible. The front desk attendant said they were fully booked the night before and had no clean rooms. This was hard to believe, given the size of the hotel and how few cars were in the parking lot, but it could have been true. The frustrating part was that she said there would be NO clean rooms until 3pm (normal check-in time). So at this hotel, ALL of their rooms magically get clean between 2:59pm and 3pm and none are available until 3pm. No empathy was shown by the front desk person.
The other thing to note was that their breakfast worker was coughing the entire 15 minutes we were in the lobby eating breakfast. Beyond that, their free breakfast is a "bagel bar". There was not protein options except yogurt. So don't expect much from their breakfast.
