Beware
Every morning the toilet ran out of water then later on it would come back on and fill the tank. When you went to take a shower you had to let the water run for 5 minutes before you started to get any warm water not hot warm. Had to call the front desk 4 times at 1230 am about a party with loud music above me that woke me up before anything was done about it. Just thought Hilton was better than what I encountered.

I booked the hotel for the waterfall in the pool and it never got turned on. My thermostat was stuck at 80 degrees when it’s 110 degrees outside and a chair was torn with nails/staples sticking out and cut one of my guests. After expressing these concerns, absolutely nothing was done to resolve the issues. I will not be staying here again.

Overall, this was a very nice property for families. Beautiful facilities. In a nice area, close to other things and the highways. The pool area is great. I loved that there was a nice splash pad or my toddler. The rooms were really nice and clean. Plenty of space for everyone in our party. Cons: We had no housekeeping for the entirety of our stay (not sure if we were suppose to ask for it? But no one ever came to give new towels or make beds, etc.). We had issues with our key cards not working/stopped working which got to be annoying. We were on the third floor and there is no elevator. We got really tired of carrying our toddler and baby (in car seat) up and down three flights of stairs. This is a timeshare property, so they hassle you right at check-in to sign up for a presentation (no more than 90 minutes, free breakfast for the whole family, etc.). and then when we showed up for the presentation we were told it could take up to 120 minutes and it would only include light refreshments/snacks...don't like being lied to right off from the beginning.

First time their and planning on returning. Overall clean facility and friendly staff. Seen one cockroach at the pool near restrooms at night but no big deal its outside. Also lobby ran out of coffee before your advertised time of 10:30. Lady up front new about it and didnt say anything about getting more so me and another guest just walked away. Over all good experience.
