Rooms not ready by even 8 pm, couldn’t get ready for expensive concert, missed concert, room still not ready by midnight , had to take a smaller room or we would’ve had nothing at all. Staff not helpful at all…so many people in lobby getting ready because no rooms were ready !

I came with a 2 days new born baby. Nobody helps you. They just tell you there is a cart and i had to carry all the luggage with the new born. Then the key didn’t work and had to go back. Wanted to have lunch since i can’t go outside with the baby but it was close for lunch, only opened for dinner.

Thanksgiving nightmare
Had difficulties from the moment i called the Hilton directly for more info regarding the Presidential Suite. I was given incorrect information regarding the space that was included, along with information regarding the refrigerator size. Made reservation based on the info i was given by Hilton's Staff. Unable to access my Honors rewards app, even after literally hours on the phone. Issue after issue with key cards not working in parking garage and the elevator. Harrassment and extra charges being added after a dispute regarding the 2nd King size bedroom. Hilton staff told me that this suite comes with 2 king size beds/bedrooms along with the kitchen/dining/living room and common areas. Had friends and family over but i was at the desk or on the phone more than i saw my family. Issues regarding re-keying of the 2nd bedroom led to hilton saying that was not my room, although the previous shift had unlocked the suite for me. Hilton Threatened me with security, stating they would help move my belongings out of that room. I had already been to the desk and spoke with the manager about the key and nothing was said or done at that time. While i was in the common area, Security came and unbeknownst to myself, locked the access door to the 2nd bedroom. I was then paraded around by security to retrieve my bank card from the safe in the 2nd suite, even though this was the same bankcard already in use and on file. Hilton stating they needed to capture the card for the bank.

Great Staff make up for all the rest!
Jimmy at the front desk was amazing! The people who work there are the best part of the hotel. The Suite we stayed in was in I’ll repair. The shower tiles were falling off and broken, the hanging wrack on the bathroom door was busted, the ottoman in the living room has stains all over it and the kitchen did not even have paper towels or soap. I was very disappointed in the wear and tear of the hotel, but as I mentioned…the STAFF is amazing! We would come back just for them!
