The room was adequate but no frills, I.e. hairdryer, extra towels. Back of bathroom door had a hole in it and commode seat hinge was broken. Parking was great and pool looked very inviting.

The property itself is overall nice, nothing special, dated in it could use a little updates/repairs but overall it was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and we felt very safe. Was perfect for an overnight stay.

Stayed here in July and 1st floor ice machine was "out of order". Returned in October, still out of order??? Hallways needed to better kept. Room was fine, decent place to stay overall.

We will be back
The staff were great. Yogi was absolutely amazing despite pulling a double shift and having problems to resolve. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. I love how the hotel collaborates with other businesses in behalf of guests…All-trails and Golden Corral discount. The room was spacious…but the little square pillows were odd.
Great history on the area. Can’t wait to explore another time.

Good before, not so good this time.
Have stayed here before and very nice then. Entry, halls, and breakfast area nice. However our room this time on the first floor left a bit to be desired. Paint peeling in spots, bathroom accessories rusting, floor not well cleaned. Room was on the cheaper side, so you get what you pay for?

Had a plumbing problem. Called the front and one ever came. Beeakfast quality has decreased. Very slow elevator. Many broken fire doors on stair well. Repo tow truck towing a vehicle one night. Weed smell in every corridor. We are regular visitors to Winchester but will have to use a different property. Were told it was a new owner but there is a lot to improve.
