This was our first time in an Excellence property and overall we were well pleased. There were numerous employees who went over and above to make our stay special, Front Desk Jorge, Hostess Karen, Server in the Grill Solomon, bartender at Sol, Nelson server at Oregano and a few others in various spots! I found the Agave restaurant to be my favorite while my wife's fav was Oregano. We ordered room service for our dinner one night and it was great, very acceptable time of prep and delivery to our room and it was very tasty. Grounds and upkeep were impeccable as we observed constant attention and cleaning to the resort, beach, pools, etc. you could not ask for better service in that regard. Lastly all employees were very accommodating, pleasant and always greeted us with a smile. Trabajo muy bein hecho Excelencia Punta Cana!

Great resort. Nice and clean. Nice restaurants. Did not get sick and I ate at every restaurant. Great staff. After filling out the survey about my own personal issue I had with the room as far as the just saying they were a bit plain and the paint on the wall looked like it was thrown together, the staff immediately called me to see if I wanted a room switch and asked how could they make it better. I told them no biggie I was just giving my honest opinion the survey. Still 5 stars for customer service and effort. Beds were nice and comfortable. The resort could use a bit more entertainment though. But no complaints.

I loved the activites that were available if you decide to take advantage of them or you can just lay by the pool and beach all day. I love that the beach is directly in front of the property.
