No Vegan Options at all!
The price is perfect, rooms clean it is just OLD. My problem was food. I went to each and every restaurant to see if they could accommodate a vegan something, for dinner. Their fine-dining chef spoke to me and offered to make me something. He was so nice, but paying $40.00+ for some veggies over rice was not appealing enough and all his pasta's were made with egg. The other restaurants didn't even have olive oil to offer. Not sure why, in all the places to eat, they can't add a Beyond beef burger or veggie burger to their menu. Or, how about a portabello mushroom burger? I can't be the only vegan that wants to come to Laughlin. The buffet looked awful, and although they allowed me to see if there was something I could eat, unfortunately, nothing but iceberg lettuce and bottled dressings. The Mexican restaurant where I can always be accommodated anywhere else, totally blew me off.. So the Prime Rib room hooked me up with their somewhat decent salad bar and I was able to have a baked potato too (I had a vegan cheese spread with me to put on it), would have loved some green beans if only they left out the bacon and some fresh melon. So, I survived my one-night stay! The smoke, wow just walking around you smell like an ashtray by the end of the day. I live in Vegas, I know that this is just what it is as far as gambling goes. But the history of this hotel is amazing, give the food just a little facelift!

Absolutely DID NOT appreciate this deposit of $100. This is basically a loan to the hotel in case we damage the room which takes up to 2 weeks to get back. This was NEVER disclosed prior to check in. Beds were uncomfortable as well as the pillows

My husband and I were attending his works annual Christmas Party held at the Riverside every year. This year we decided we wanted to stay the night and play a little. We are not vig on gambling. The Christmas Party was amazing as usual, the room was nice and clean. Pretty standard room. The beds are extremely uncomfortable in my opinion. Neither me nor my husband slept very well. The casino was fun, we dont smoke, so the cigarette smell was pretty intense. Even in the "non smoking areas". I got a players card as we imtended to play for a while. The lady at the players club counter was not very friendly and didnt tell me we needed a pin to collect any rewards they were offering. Overall it was a nice stay, I do wish they would upgrade there mattresses. There were problems with the elevators to our floor. My husband had to be brought up in the service elevator multiple times by security as they only have one set of elevators that go up past the 11th floor.

Stinky and construction.
The room was stuffy and smelly. I opened the fridge door and the cabinet fell off. I was so disappointed that I left in the middle of the night and did not stay my second night that was paid. I would rather lose the money than stay there ever again. It’s also very cigarette smoke filled everywhere you go in that casino. I do not recommend it. Also it’s under construction so it’s hard to even get in the hotel.
