I wouldn’t let my dog stay there…
That place was the WORSE hotel I have ever stayed in!! The carpet was dirty and stained, cigarette butts and asked on the patio door, there was dust everywhere, a q-tip in the shower drain, the shower drain had hair and other stuff in it, the shower wouldn’t even drain, the mirror was broken and it smelled really bad there. After one night I couldn’t take it so I cut my vacation short and left. I didn’t even want to take a shower in that place. I literally have nothing positive to say about that hotel and to top it off they charged me a $300 hotel fee that wasn’t not mentioned when I booked the hotel

Mediocre at best
Overall hotel isn't horrible for the price and age of place. If you're weak in the knees or require ADA assistance in anyways this place might not be the best, the majority of elevators are not working therefore have to take the stairs or wait for the one operating elevator in each tower which goes down a few times a day. If hot showers are your thing ,might wanna look elsewhere, showers aren't hot and also don't drain but hey look at it this way..... you get a compliment foot soak. And last but not least, if your a light sleeper, bring plenty of ear plugs because the construction of new stadium begins at 4am Also keep in mind that when booking, to add cost of parking into your stay, about $25.00 /day. Location wise, great for events at UNLV and MGM and pretty walkable to NY/NY and other nearby hotels and Casinos.

I didn’t want to request a refrigerator for insulin because I pay for parking every day if we showed up earlier they charge extra to get in the room before the check in

The bathtub drain was completely clogged so all the water just filled up in the tub. We let the front desk know twice on 2 separate days before someone addressed it. It only very slowly drained after. At non our keys quit working. We had one more item to grab from the room but they deactivate the keys exactly at noon. The housekeeper helped us and called security. We waited for over a half an hour. Then someone else walked by and called security again. We were then told we had to go down and get our own key. We walked by 3 security guys talking and laughing behind their desk. For whatever reason, there is an elevator attendant just taking up space sitting in a chair in the only 2 working elevators out of 6 total elevators we saw. They now charge 18.00 per night parking fee that was not announced to us. When we asked, the front desk couldn’t help us at all and said we had to scan some code in the garage which was a total nightmare. We will not stay there again. There was nothing pleasant about our stay in this hotel
