No shuttle despite messages telling me about it.
Hotel sent me a message confirming a 24-hour shuttle service from the airport. I arrived in the evening, and was told there was no shuttle service and I should get a taxi. Hotel would then not refund taxi fare. I picked this hotel specifically because of the shuttle service. Return to the hotel was a cramped taxi, even though the shuttle busses were parked outside. Not recommended if you want the shuttle service.

Great Stay during Dia de Los Muertos Week
Our stay was brief, but we were very well attended to from the moment we entered the hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making recommendations. I also enjoyed the fact that we were four, and my mother and I left early, and my sister and husband were well taken care of when we left early.

Room temperature
I have enjoyed my stays at We Aeropuerto Mexico but the hotel has gone down hill. I arrived at 3pm when check in is 2pm and was told my room wasn't ready and was asked to wait 5 minutes that turned into 10 minutes this is not a complaint about the extra wait time. Got in my room and temperature was set to a cool number but never cooled enough to sleep comfortably. I left the Hotel to go to a restaurant and came back 3 1/2 hours later and the room never reached a cool temperature in fact it was cooler outside that inside. The last 3 times my wife and I have stayed there the rooms were warm and they were all different rooms. I won't stay there again unless the hotel invests some money on new A/C units.

I had a friend who lives locally come visit, and when I went downstairs to escort him inside, multiple front desk staff started yelling at him because he looked like he did not belong. I explained that I am a guest at the hotel and that my friend was just a visitor who is not staying the night. The staff then said he must show identification because I only put one person as staying when I checked in. They insisted the reservation was only for 1 person, which is blatantly false. The hotels.com policy clearly says the reservación is for 2 individuals. It doesn’t matter how many the reservation was for. What matters is that this hotel made assumptions about someone who looked like they didn’t belong. They harassed a guest requiring that he show ID. Last I checked, it is a hotel- not a prison. Paying hotel guests should be able to have visitors without having their privacy invaded and being accosted in the lobby by staff.
