The bed sheet had a noticeable stain on it which in turn if you removed the sheet would also notice mattress had one two same location. Sheets couldn’t have been changed.

The property around the hotel was filled with trash, but there was a nice park across the street that was a great place to walk the dog and have our grandchild play on the playground.

Hotel was nice for an older Hotel maintenance was good except the showers grouting was very dirty neededly parked and the repair work around the show before. Nice shower meetings tomorrow

The pool was out of service the entire stay. Towels had to be requested. Safety chain was missing from room door. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Dirty, lazy and inconsiderate
Dirty, dropped a piece and feel behind the dresser…gross there were piles of wrappers, tv controls, about 4 in thick of trash.
There were two rolling square boxes. Placed at the end of bed. Dark room they had the bed placed differently than any hotel I have ever been in so with that being said I feel on the floor over the squares and I had spinal surgery a few months prior.
Went down stairs mentioned it to the desk lady. The only response was laughter then are you ok…. Showed my knee where I hit the floor and was told you must not of broken bones and she returned to laughing.

Room was never cleaned during our 3 night stay. Pool was closed for maintenance our entire stay. Furniture was ripped, room was in need of repairs and updates. Hotel staff were very unaccommodating because we booked through a third party website. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

This is like other Hampton Inn properties; however, the outstanding features at this one were the reception desk staff and lady in the breakfast lounge. Absolutely fantastic! They greatly added added value to my stay.
